Very efficient and polite staff, wonderful, functional bathroom, neat room, excellent pool and gym facilities, very good breakfast, very decent weekend rate.

High speed broadband was good. The room was very comfortable.
My hairdryer was broken - perhaps this should be checked when turning over the room. I could not use the sockets in the room with my European adapter. There was only one Polish - European adapter in the room so you could not plug in more that one device. Perhaps provide more Polish - European adapters in room? Twice I could not get into my bedroom and had to return to the reception to reprogram my key. On one occasion I had to wait over 5 minutes before somebody at reception was free to help me.

The breakfast buffet and comfortable beds!
had originally booked a room with two beds, first moved to one with only one but was moved. There was a party that was scheduled to go until 2am that had music that was disturbing even on the third floor.

recentlt l stayed thıs hotel. hotel's taxı drıver ıs chıttıng all the guest because normally the taxı cost 30 zlotı but drıver charged 70 zlotı. ıncredıble case. yesterday l paıd 30 zlotı 1 day later 70 zlotı. can you ımagıne. my strongly recommendatıon every one never use hotel's taxı and hotel's person. never belıeve them.

Nice comfortable for meeting, excellent breakfast with a lot of space to discuss during the meal, very good that nobody is pushing you out of breakfast premisies even if the time for meal is allready over

The rooms were wonderful, the food was good and having an elevator and AC in the rooms was very much apprediated.
Parking was a bit of a challenge with our oversize vehicle. Location was not central to attractions and sites.

I like their gym. Breakfast is one of the best in Warsaw.
I booked (and paid for) King Deluxe room but was given Standard Queen on arrival. It took few minutes to get the right room. Annoying!Mistake or unfair practice? I don't know.

Located quite some distance from sightseeing and entertainment areas.

This hotel is well-situated, close to park "Royal Baths", and on the street with all major embassies. Parking is good, too. For 30-40 PLN you can get by taxi to the center of the city. Rooms are perfect and breakfast is superb.
This hotel has got only one issue - absence of Wi-Fi.

Great hotel, 5 stars indeed; pool, gym are awesome; very clean rooms;
if you take anything from your mini-bar it automatically charges your credit card even if later you put it all back; I just put some of my stuff in the mini-bar, later had to take care of the bill at the front desk (cancel all the charges).
